We are located in Draper, Utah, which is about 25 minutes south of Salt Lake City. The closest airport is Salt Lake City International (SLC).

Absolutely! We love meeting potential puppy families and welcome visits to the farm by appointment. To help protect the health of our young puppies, the timing of visits may depend on their age and vaccination status.

A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your place in the selection order for a litter. Puppy selections are made around 6 weeks of age, when personalities and traits are easier to evaluate. Your deposit is applied toward the purchase price of your puppy. If your plans change, the deposit may be transferred to a future Salt City Farm litter, but it is not refundable.

Our puppies typically go home at around 8 weeks of age. This gives them important time with their mother and littermates while allowing us time for weaning, socialization, veterinary care, and preparing them for the transition to their new families.

Each puppy receives a veterinary wellness exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming , and dew claws removed before going home. Families will receive a record of the veterinary care their puppy has received, along with information about continuing their vaccination schedule with their own veterinarian.

Puppies go home microchipped and with their veterinary and vaccination records, a familiar-scented blanket or toy, a small supply of their current food, and a few other puppy essentials to help make the transition home easier. Griffon puppies will also have their tails docked when applicable.

Puppy selections are made at approximately 6 weeks of age in the order deposits were received. By this age, we have a much better sense of each puppy's temperament, personality, and physical traits. We're happy to help families choose a puppy that fits their lifestyle and preferences.
